Shipping policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, order processing time can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

 

Shipping times

We ship from our business site located in the United States. We currently do not ship to other Countries.

Orders will ship out within 3-5 business days from processed date. 

We do not offer a local pickup location at this time. 

All orders are insured and customer is responsible for filing a claim for missing or lost packages. Please double check your shipping address as we " Marilet Creations" is not responsible if customer provides incorrect shipping address. Customer will be responsible for the cost of remaking of product and reship. 

 

Exchange, Cancelation

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at: 208 607-2229 so we can make the changes immediately.
